This morning 6/06/23 at 8am we requested a field visit for a very sick alpaca. The receptionist was very helpful and kind and did her best to accommodate our request. It was was probably the best experience we have ever had trying to make an appointment anywhere!! Very shortly after we were contacted by allocated vet Yasmine for information and the appointment was confirmed. At field visit Yasmine was incredibly professional, kind, compassionate and thorough supporting us above and beyond with great patience whilst we made ghastly but humane decisions. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience on this occasion with the staff at this branch.
