I recently took my kittens for a pre-op check at the vets, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment we walked in, our vet Shaimal was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. My kittens are usually quite nervous, especially in a vet setting, but his gentle and caring approach put them completely at ease. He was also extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions with patience and clarity and the reassurance made me feel confident about the upcoming procedure. We have our two family pets with Wirral vet and have never had any problems at all. One of our dogs have skin problems and we’ve been able to successfully change his food over to something that works for him recommend from the vets. Our other dog has epilepsy and has be fit free since being on medication. Great vets, no issue is a problem, they are professional and the staff love your animals as if they were their own !

Unfortunately both my cats became poorly within 2 months of each other. They were brother and sister. One had chronic renal failure and the other had diabetes. The care they received was outstanding. The vets,nurses and reception staff couldn't have been more attentive and understanding. We were allowed to stay with our fur babies for as long as we needed which helped us emensly. Thank you so much

I cannot thank Shaimal and the entire team enough for their outstanding care and support! They have been an incredible source of guidance throughout the process of hand-rearing our orphaned kittens, offering expert advice and always being there when I needed help.
