Pet passport is a process whereby a multi page document has to be filled in and signed by a specialist vet. Richard made sure Lorenzo our English Setter was properly vetted. Thank-you, Richard. We recommend travelling on Brittany ferries with a booked pet cabin which made it an enjoyable experience and free from stress. On returning to Malvern Lorenzo needed to see vet on duty without an appointment. After a quick consultation Lorenzo was given an injection and course of treatment and his condition is improving - thank you.

This vets gave me an appointment on a bank holiday Monday despite it not being my regular vets practice. The lady vet we saw was so kind to my poorly dog and we were really happy with the treatment outcome. Thank you very much

Visited WhiteHouse yesterday and received a warm welcome as well as excellent advice from the vet. She didn’t suggest the more expensive option for treatment either which is one o fb the reasons why we chose this vets. They do not try to upsell and consider customer needs as well as the animals.
