I found a stray kitten in the middle of nowhere, I initially took her to the Coulby branch to get checked over and had no hesitation in registering her here in our home town. As previously the staff were amazing from on the phone to visiting in person and had loads of advice for a new cat dad and their care plans have definitely put my mind at ease if ever she needs any care. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic staff and great aftercare. After a recent accident, our cat was run over, a brief call to the White Cross, and he was whisked in immediately. X-rays revealed amputation was needed. Very thorough explanation and procedure carried out by Dr. Louisa and the team. Cannot thank them enough and a highly recommended 5* On a side note, the experience was caught on camera via Adam (the cameraman) for a future episode of Vet on the Hill, a credit to the company, and a great guy.
