We’re always more than happy with White Cross Guiseley but when we had a distressing emergency they were fantastic. Caring, considerate to me as well as Otis. He had surgery and everything was explained and I was kept fully updated until I was able to pick him up. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now!! I honestly don’t know how else to describe White Cross Vets other than amazing. Each and every staff member wether that be Vets, Nurses or Receptionists, are absolutely brilliant. They all have such a kind and caring nature and it just makes the entire experience at WCV so lovley. You are always greeted with a smile, no matter how busy it can be sometimes. Skye has seen pretty much everyone who works at White Cross Vets I think🤣 and they have given her the most amazing, high standard of care every single visit. I literally couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of my little baby. Everyone truly has gone above and beyond to help Skye. When your pet is poorly, if you’re anything like me and they are your absolute world, then it’s just the hardest, most worrying thing ever. However, each an every staff member just have so much love to give to all the animals that enter their practice that it instantly reduces that fear and panic. They all absolutely love Skye and I love that they are so kind and gentle with her and that they never make you feel silly for asking lots of questions or for worrying. They are always so quick to get you an appointment and really do look after you and your pet. Skye has seen Rachel a lot recently and she really is lovley and thoroughly checks Skye, reassuring me in the process. She always looks after Skye and is so patient and caring with her. Skye absolutely LOVES Erena and I’m certain Skye has stolen a piece of her heart too🩷 I wouldn’t take Skye anywhere else. We appreciate you not giving up on her when she was really really poorly and for everything you have done and continue to do for us. You have been nothing but perfect. Best local vets hands down! Any problem I have had with my Franko they have been amazing. The reception team are all so lovely and welcoming on entry & over the phone and then Alex & Rachel have both helped massively get to the route of the problem with Franko from allergies to neck pain. Outstanding service, kindness and support offered got me choked up. The little dog we rescued needed urgent help to make her comfortable and they got us in and sorted on the same day I called! We now have a very happy little member of the family with a clear plan of action to get her in top condition moving forward. Unbelievable service. I felt we were in safe and very caring hands. All the staff are amazing. Thank you to all the team.
