What pet owners say
All staff at this vets are so welcoming, friendly and take their time to explain costs and treatment options. Not at all pushy to sell optional treatment for a plaque remover as my dog had some plaque on her back teeth, but just explained how it could help soften plaque and that by brushing my dog's teeth this would prevent me incurring further anaesthetic costs if problem got worse. Very happy with my first visit to get my dog vaccinated. Would recommend this vet to others.

Well what can I say, my dog hated the vets and always has. On the rare occasion we did go to this vets my dog always seemed that little less stressed, both vets and staff always made a fuss of her and gave her treats. Just before Christmas 2023 my dog wasn’t right so we phoned the practice and we where given priority to see the vet (Anna) Anna was absolutely fantastic, caring and understanding, unfortunately we found out my dog was gravely ill and she had to be put to sleep! Our dog was part of the family and she was so loved. Jessie was a 13 year old Labrador and lived the life of luxury, the decision was kind to Jessie but cruel to us. It’s been the worst time for my family and we are still very much upset, vine tree vets have been supportive and just overall fantastic and we can’t be thankful enough. Jessie 07.08.12 - 21.12.23 loved and missed everyday

Our elderly whippet is total wimp about going to the vets, but Vine Tree are great and the vet was excellent at calming him down and giving him his vaccinations.

My elderly dog is usually so neurotic & loud at the vets, and has been for most of his life, until he met Clare. She handles him superbly, gaining his and my trust in the process. Thank you Clare for your professional and compassionate care of my often misunderstood, wonderfull dog.
