Fantastic Vets From reception right through to the vet they always treat you brilliantly and kindly. My only issue is its absolutely impossible to make an appointment online and rarely get back to emails. ALWAYS resolve any issues over the phone however I do have a phone phobia so do all my communications online! But the surgery itself is fantastic.

I accompanied Gerald for his half yearly health check and booster vaccinations. From walking through the door till leaving the practice the whole experience was yet again, one of pure joy for Gerald. My dog, Logan, fractured his paw when we were walking in the forest. I called the vets and explained that I wouldn't be there until after their closing time. They said to bring him along and said they would stay open and wait for me. I got there 20 minutes after they closed. They saw me and looked after my pup, giving him an x-ray, staying two hours later on a Saturday. I cannot express how amazing these vets are, and I can't thank them enough.

Have been with the Fairfield Branch for more than 10 years,have never had a problem with them. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. Very easy to book appointments and the service is very efficient when you are there. Would recommend Unicorn Vets.
