We love this place. The staff are all excellent. Our lab has been going to Animal House since he was 8 weeks old. He was neutered here and taken care of by lovely, very compassionate staff . He loves jumping in rivers and had two serious ear infections for quite a long time. The legendary Dr Zoe managed to create a very diligent plan having diagnosed exactly what the problem was (Rods). With a good amount of empathy and a huge amount of clarity, Zoe has successfully cured Krypto of his Rods in one ear and of a fungal infection in the other. As predicted by the Doc, it was a hard and long process of constant cleaning which might have become very serious were it not for Dr Zoe's interventions. Animal House also now, with Zoe's lead, help us to manage his weight and allergies and he's seeming a lot, lot better. His ears are finally beige, he's on track to his target weight and has had no issues for weeks. Thanks to the Animal House team he's living a normal spoiled dog life. My two dog went in for their boosters etc . The lady vet was so kind and gentle with them putting my dogs and myself at ease. She was so calm and slowly drizzled their kennel cough vaccine into their noses that didn't make them jump or scared as usually this can shock them went squirted quickly into them . I can not recommend this vets practise enough easy to park , plenty of room in the waiting area, The ladies on reception are lovely . The vets are all upto date with the latest surgery techniques including keyhole surgery . Thank you Animal House.

Amazing! The vets and wider staff are super friendly. They’re very loving towards our pets and the other animals that come into the practice. The best Berliners clinic we’ve ever had. We’ll stick with this wonderful team forever!

Consultation with vet was brilliant. He was thorough and explained all our options in detail. Took on board our financial constraints and we came up with a plan to suit our dog and our budget. Could not rate this vet more highly. Even took time to explain to us where we could order our prescription at less cost. He was kind to our dog and put her at ease, not easy with an anxious German Shepherd! Reception area clean and relaxed. Thank you, Animal House.

The team at Animal House are, to a person, professional, kind and sensitive. Our dogs used to hate going to the vet and since we moved to Animal House, they are happy to trot in for appointments (even if the occasional jabs and investigation aren’t their favourite).
