This was our second time visiting summer grove vets. Layla was absolutely lovely with our Frenchie and was patient, she listened to all our concerns and was very helpful in explaining everything about our little one’s medication. I am a breeder and sadly lost two kittens due to congenital defects over the last three days. I was understandably very concerned about the health of the remaining two. The vet took the time to listen to my concerns, was very empathetic and understanding. He did not rush me, he gave both remaining babies a complete health check, reassuring me they were both completely healthy snd not showing any signs of the issues the other two had. He could see how distressed i was and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what he was checking for. Im sorry i did not catch his name but please pass my heartfelt thanks to him. It’s been an horrendous few days and the peace of mind he gave me means the absolute world. Thank you ☺️
