I can’t explain how grateful I am for the sutterton vets. Ivy (my dog) was in urgent need of a pyometra surgery. Sutterton took no time whatsoever to get her in to the surgery room after diagnosis. Nina was so kind and caring, kept me and my fiancée updated throughout the process and helped us so much. Marcos was so kind and loving. He was the one to show me Ivy when I wanted to visit her after the operation and she looked a million times better. He reassured me that she was looking and doing better. The whole process from coming in and being greeted by the reception staff to picking up Ivy after surgery was so smooth and like I said I couldn’t be more thankful. Ivy is now home in recovery, she’s already much brighter and more playful. I couldn’t believe what it would be to loose her. She’s my little soldier and it’s good to have her back. I thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart.

I would like to thank all the nurses and vets that took care of my Lola… she went in a very poorly dog but thanks to everyone for the pure dedication and brilliant care for the 4 nights she was in there she is now back home and back to herself… I couldn’t recommend these people enough.. thank you all so much

Had our first visit yesterday having recently moved to the area and was apprehensive about using a ‘group’ rather than a single practise as we have been used to. Very impressed with everyone we interacted with, the vet was wonderful with our two puppies, and the waiting room gave everyone plenty of space - there is even a designated area for cats. Looking forward to our next visit - thank you for making the transition so easy.

We recently brought our beloved basset, Prada, to Sutterton Hospital and had to leave her overnight. The staff at the hospital were incredibly polite and kind, putting us at ease right away. Their genuine care and gentleness with the animals were evident, and it was comforting to know that Prada was in such good hands. Unfortunately, we faced the heartbreaking decision to let Prada go to doggy heaven. The vets communicated the situation to us with great sensitivity, and one of them even shared in our grief, shedding tears alongside me. I am deeply grateful to the staff at Sutterton Veterinary Hospital for their kindness and professionalism during such a difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for the best care for their pets.
