I’ve been coming to their practice almost since Nigel opened it and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s taken care of all my cats with the most gentle loving care as did Bobby. All the staff are most helpful and caring and take time to answer any questions I might have, everyone goes the extra mile to make sure they do everything possible for my cats. Always made welcome when we visit. Bertie always rushes to the door to go inside. I think he enjoys the attention and treats best! If I have any worries or questions they are always answered or advice given for Berties benefit. I am very happy with the service we receive and reassured that I can phone for an appointment and will usually be seen as soon as possible.

The girls at reception were really friendly and the Vet took excellent care of our new kitten and even asked another vet for a second opinion. It might not have been the news we were hoping for be he explained all the likely outcomes, the cost and that if we what to change insurance companies from the free month we got from the breeder it may be hard to find one to over a pre-existing condition.
