I have been visiting Shipley and Idle Vets since I moved to the area in 2019, with my three indoor cats, and I've recently taken my 9 week old puppy for his first visit. They are so friendly and professional, putting me and my animals at ease. The welcome at reception is warm and they always make sure that any animals in the waiting area are OK together - they are very aware of the temperaments of the animals. On one visit they suggested I move my cats briefly into another room while a large, excitable dog left the vets room and left the building. Any of the vets I've seen have been great with all my animals and I never feel rushed, even when I'm asking lots of questions. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I chose this practice because I was dissatisfied with the atmosphere and pricing at my previous vet. I was made to feel very welcome at this practice, everyone was professional, well informed, efficient and seemed to be very pet/owner oriented. I’m delighted and would recommend highly

I called to book an appointment for our dog Stan. He needed to be vaccinated as he will be going into kennels in March. The staff couldn't be more helpful in booking an early appointment and explaining the process. When I went to the vets our dog was very scared. Both the staff & the vet did a great job at calming him down. Great vets, great people and a very good experience. Thank you 😁

We've been with the Shipley branch since 2020 when we got our first cat. We now have two cats. I think any pet owner knows how stressful it can be if they get poorly, but every person we have had contact with at the vets have been brilliantly calm and reassuring. Our cats have needed both routine and extra visits (one got hit by a car and the other has endured the stress of a new baby), and we have been really happy with every visit.
