Have gone to this practice for many years (seeing 2 new owners following the retirement of Mr Tague) and still delighted with the service offered. Take their time to explain all assessment and treatment options to help make informed choices. All staff are lovely (from receptionists, to nurses and vets).

Sadly we lost our little cat Sox of 18 years today following an illness he passed away at Sheddens clinic .The care he received and the kindness ,sensitivity and professionalism of the staff made a really difficult day much easier .Thanks to our vet and nurse for helping our little guy to pass on gently and peacefully .Can’t commend them enough.

I have recently had to take my dog and one of my cats to the vet. I have found all staff, from vets to receptionists, extremely professional and empathetic. Have had Emma and Amber and they have been so professional and kind, and also Susan in reception always gives a warm and friendly welcome.

All staff were very courteous and friendly. The vet was very professional and explained the treatment well. She treated Dexter with care. I have used this practice for many years with Dexter and previous pets and have always been completely satisfied.
