Excellent care today for my Dog Kevin. Reception staff very friendly and Vet examined my dog and explained diagnosis and prescribed meds. Booked appointment online and it is so easy you can find the day and time to suit you and your pet. My standard poodle Benson was seen by Katerina at Rufford Vets, Wennington Road, on Tuesday 21st Aug. She was lovely and Benson not at all anxious when she thoroughly examined him. She explained everything clearly to me and answered my questions, putting my mind at ease. Have been going to Rufford Vets for 20 years, with three different standard poodles. Reception staff are welcoming. Never a problem with securing a same day appointment. Highly recommend. Gillian Webb

Rufford Vets, Southport are excellent! All the staff are extremely helpful & friendly. I always get a warm welcome when l go in. Claire at reception, I'd like to give her a special shout out, she's gone out of her way to help! The vets are fabulous. They explain to the lay person what's wrong with your pet, are excellent at the work they do & are as nice to humans as they are animals...which l would think they'd want to just treat the pet, without any owner's influence! Thanks all at Rufford Vets.

Thank you to Rufford for the wonderful service provided for my boys whilst they were all under your care. Lovely vets and lovely staff. Outstanding service provided for all my cats with the utmost care. Sarah is such a good vet and couldn’t do enough for my boys. Just a brilliant practice. Thank you for everything over the years, we have now moved area so are at a new vets hopefully just as good as yourselves xx

Much friendlier and amenable than the Rufford branch. Also have a lovely corner for cats. Reception staff lovely and helpful. On the two occasions I’ve been here both vets were great.
