My cat Daisy was neutered there. Everything went well, and I would like to point out, how patient and kind the vet staff have been with her due to her semi feral behaviour. The surgery was fine, her wound healed very quickly. I highly recommend this vet hospital to every pet owner. I'm very thankful for their hard work and patience with my beloved cat. ❤️

Superb service as usual! I was made aware of Pool House Vets when I was sent here once for 'out of hours' emergency treatment on my elderly rabbit. When I had my little Westie (who is now nearly 14 years old), there was no question on where I was going to take her and I would not go anywhere else. I now have a 2 year old Labrador too who also comes here. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and lovely. Thank you Pool House, keep up the good work! :-)

Recently had to visit with an extremely poorly, elderly cat to Lichfield. Staff and vet Molly were so understanding and kind. Waiting area is clean and tidy, reception staff helpful. My other cat is registered there too and I have always received an excellent service.

Pool house is our emergency vet's, we wish it was our regular vet's! We've been quite a few times with our Dachhshund (who had to have an emergency operation on his ear there earlier in the year) Early hours of the morning they are still happy to see you, all about the welfare of your pet and you do feel safe in their hands. Great vet's and I don't say that lightly! Pics are from when my Dachhshund had just had his ear operation and from a couple of weeks ago, as you can see all healed and doing fine!

When needing advice about my dog stages when giving birth made many phone calls and vicki was great at getting me the advice I needed and was always ready for updates and was relaying it to vet and me and it was so reassuring she's worth he weight in gold on the front desk 100%
