We have been with PVG for years now, never a bad word to say, every member of staff is so caring whenever we visit. We have loved the Puppy Academy with Jo, it’s been so insightful and we’ve been applying everything we’ve learnt. Caly, our little Doberman puppy is so happy and developing tremendously well. Everyone that visits us has mentioned how well behaved she is, and we can naturally see a progression in her eagerness to explore and be nothing but a happy doggo. The WhatsApp group is brilliant, lovely atmosphere and some excellent tips shared daily. Truly no advice on how to improve the classes, Jo is amazing and she brings a great humour alongside inspiring knowledge to the classes. Thanks for all your help Jo, 10/10 from us! Jo and the team at Lipson vets is always so welcoming and friendly. The answer any question I may have no matter how big or small. Jo the vet is exceptionally understanding and reassuring. The main animal hospital in Estover have also been great in ensuring my pets get the right treatment. The insurance team are also incredibly friendly answering any questions I may have quickly and in a warming manner.

The vet team and nurses have shown great care and kindness over the years. Sadly my lovely dog was put to sleep recently. The experience although extremely sad was helped so much by the lovely vet on the day and the nurse so i will be forever thankful to them.
