We find Penmellyn Vets to be very friendly and welcoming . From the moment we get there the reception staff are always happy to chat and offer Barney and Pippa a treat and each vet or veterinary nurse we have seen has been kind and professional and brilliant with Barney and Pippa - making each visit to the vet a positive one . We are very glad that they offer a pet plan as well as this takes the worry of huge vet bills completely away and it ensures Barney and Pippa get the best possible care at an affordable price .

We were in Cornwall on holiday when my dog got ill, we called at 8.30am and we had an appointment within an hour, extremely good service, Megan on reception was amazing. But for an emergency appointment I have would have no quarms about using them again, big thanks for all the team
