Amazing surgery staff all around are friendly, helpful, sympathetic and great with my pets. Pet club is very reasonable saving money. Always somewhere to park. Clean building well seated with seat outside if needed. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Irma, the vet, so kind and empathetic. Thank you. Rachel, the receptionist , very helpful and welcoming. Have been with this vets for over 20 years with our various pets and they have always been very kind and professional . The reception team always try their best to accommodate, even when the computer systems test them ! I've recently moved to Felixstowe but have carried on using Orwell vets because of their kindness and caring attitude .

Orwell have always delivered excellent care to my dogs, the staff are friendly, kind, professional, and supportive. They have given me great advice, not put my dog through any unnecessary treatment, and actually my dog seems to like going there! I guess even if I’m not there the staff continue to make a fuss of her and give her high quality care. I cannot say enough good things. But they do lose a star and the singular reason for that is because of the out of hours service they use. It’s a company called vetsnow and they charge extortionate rates - £345.50 for a 15 minute appointment as of November 2024, treatment being costed on top of that. So I guess my advice would be: absolutely 100% go with Orwell for your pet, they are in excellent hands there.. But, keep phone numbers stored for other vet providers, who do not use vetsnow for their out of hours cover, just in case you have an emergency when Orwell are shut.
