Take JJ Stanton the fur grandchild here at least monthly for some ongoing treatment and often have had to have emergency treatment for various things but what lovely, lovely people, the whole team, Lucy, Frith, Claire, Michelle and Dianna plus others who's names i can't remember sorry 😞, all are soooo caring and clearly genuine in their care of pets, highly recommend them. I attended this surgery to support a client with their anxious dog. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. A great atmosphere, no rushing, lots of great advice and more than happy to help. The dog in question was muzzled and growling and everyone from the vet to the two receptionists kept their cool, had smiles on their faces and just made it a lot calmer experience than it might have been otherwise.
