Excellent service for Hugo. Easy to get there. Ample parking space. Not long walk from parking to practice. Very friendly staff. Excellent time keeping. No wait. Clean waiting area even if you had to wait. Free weighing machine for your pet in waiting area if you want to get the pet weighed monthly. Very good service for your money. I would definitely recommend it. Been going there for last seven years and had no issues.

The vets are very good, and my ears they are the only ones that have a 24 hour emergency service. But you will pay for that service if you don't have insurance.cost me just under £300.00. Yes I was great full for their service because I was scared to death about my dog. But the insurance just for one dog is £90.00 per month and that doesn't cover any existing illness. Plus you still have to pay the first £250.00. Plus my vets don't except any other insurance other then pet plan. So you still have to pay up front and then try and claim your money back. But on saying that. They where there for me when I needed the most.

So we don’t very often go to the A59 branch but 2 of my dogs were booked in for their booster and I took my 3rd dog over with an ear infection and no appt, but they were wonderful and saw all three. The vet John was so good and gentle with the dogs and very patient with all 3 dogs. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Taken my dog there for the last 10 years and they have been great. She’s had a few surgeries over this time and they have always been friendly, fully explained the procedure and treatment. Highly recommended.
