Our pets have been with Moorview not long after it originally opened, and Jonathan and his team were exceptional with my black lab through to her last moments. On rescuing a new lab/cross who is quite hard to manage we were initially disappointed in the merger and the old team moving out of their roles. We've struggled a little bit with finding quite the right vet for her nature, but we recently met Grant and we are highly impressed with him - literally can't sing his praises enough for being able to manage both her (and also her highly strung owner). The reception and admin team are always spot on at Backworth. Keep up the good work and please don't let Grant leave!!!

Such a positive experience with this vet. Tues 20 aug 2024, 6.30pm appointment. i didnt catch the vets name, a young male. Our elderly cat, almost 20 had lost all quality of life, the way he handled her and us at a very sad time made all the difference to us. Thank you, also to the nurse and receptionist on duty and when i rang to make appointment. All were very understanding and caring.

We’ve taken our dog Dexter here for nearly 2 years now & they’ve looked after him to the highest of standards. We are part of the pet plan & find it so much easier when we are told what he needs & when. He is greeted by name & always made a fuss of, so weirdly, he loves it there too!
