Our little Winston suddenly lost all movement in his back legs, a phonecall to Moorview and we were told to come straight in. As soon as the vet saw Winston he thought he knew what it was. A scan proved him right and spinal surgery recommended The surgery took place that night we were kept up to date during the 5 hour surgery by telephone and again throughout the next day. After 2 days Winston was discharged, the vets carefully explained aftercare,medication and physio. Follow up appointments were so positive and any concerns or questions we had we just needed to ring. Five weeks after surgery and we are discharged with a fit and healthy Winston. We could not ask for better care from every single member of staff and the absolute best vets not only for Winston but for a very anxious family too. We will be eternally grateful.

Every single member of staff was so friendly, helpful and supported me and my dog through an extremely stressful time (emergency spinal surgery). I can't recommend this place enough.

I had to unexpectedly take my lovely cat sparta to be PTS on a Saturday night and I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they showed me and my boy. They made this sad process bearable and smooth for both of us. Forever thankful to the kind vet, nurses and receptionists

On Sunday 17th Nov,my beautiful tri border collie passed away,it happened so quick, moorview were lovely,Chelsea who helped my husband to bring him in,Amy, kirsty,(vet) who were there for us,Thankyou so much for your kindness big hug,s.Also today I picked up Conan,s ashes and the girl on early shift Eleanor was lovely,very polite and friendly she sorted my little problem out ,Thankyou all,paula,clint x

We had to say goodbye to our beloved "Prince of Dogs" very unexpectedly and suddenly. The staff at Moorview were very helpful and showed great empathy, and provided emotional support in the most difficult of circumstances. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to say our goodbye to our beloved Buzz. Though the memory of the circumstances are painful we very much appreciate the support provided - thank you.
