Excellent service, great communication. Vet was very helpful with myself being deaf/blind, explained everything & assisted me. Lola my 6mo spaniel, didn't seem fazed & settled her 1st time at vet.

I have just forwarded an email praising their new nurse..Tiana. She is a natural with animals from first meeting them to gaining their trust and knowing how to deal with their required treatment in such a warm,friendly and professional manner. I have been a member of MBM Kilmarnock for decades receiving 1st class Service from the very friendly receptionists to nurses and vets. My dogs past and present have never experienced anything but the best care and love. I would reccomend this practice without a doubt. I have been a client with MBM for 10 years now although this has been with the equine team so it was the natural choice for me when looking for a vet for our new puppy. Registering Harris with MBM was very easy and straightforward and getting an appointment for our first puppy visit was quick and simple. A delightful first visit to the vet for Harris and it gave me the confidence that we will be in the best of hands. The same great service from the small animal team that I have experienced with the Equine vets. Very happy with MBM
