I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

I have always found Mainstone Vets to be professional and friendly. All the staff are happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. They have looked after my dog, who has had several issues over the years, with kindness and care. Nothing is too much trouble and I’ve never felt rushed. I can’t recommend Mainstone and all the staff highly enough.

Our friend recommended us to Mainstone and I'm glad we took our doggie there because the vets were very thorough, kind and understanding. They didn't try to upsell or hard sell any products, they listened to our needs and provided options and good advice. The vet took care of our doggie and was confident in handling our nervous girl, which gave us confidence in them. Would definitely recommend!
