We have only recently moved to the area and joined Leonard Brothers in Whitchurch, when our elderly bunny Turnip had sore eyes. When she deteriorated the following Saturday we took her to the Nantwich branch for emergency care. We saw the vet on duty (Becky) who was marvellous. She was so thorough and gentle when she examined her and so kind when we all agreed that it was her time. The whole thing was made so much better by the kindness and empathy of Becky and the nurse who attended (so sorry but I failed to catch her name, something to do with the weeping!) and we left heartbroken but so sure that we had made the right decision and that she had a dignified and peaceful end. Even the way they curled her up in a blanket and placed her in her carrier was lovely. On a side note, even though it was a Saturday and an emergency out of hours appointment the cost was not exorbitant and felt reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both branches of Leonard’s, our experience was excellent care from dedicated, kind and professional staff.

Not long moved to area, my animals weren’t registered yet with a vet but 1 of my dogs hurt his foot today. Leonard brothers couldn’t have been more helpful, saw him within 2 hours of me phoning. Lovely, kind and caring vet we saw, receptionist were lovely also and helpful. Registered all my pets with them now. Couldn’t ask for a better vet.

I made the best decision ever when I decided to move my babies to this clinic. They’ve always been so attentive, friendly and you just see the amount of love they have for any animals compared to other vets we’ve seen before. Always explain everything carefully making sure I understand, explain the costs and different options, and also send reminders. I’ve been really happy with Leonard’s Brothers clinic service so far.

I cannot thank the lovely staff at the Nantwitch vets who helped me and my beautiful Lilly. 🐰 I am so sorry that I cannot remember your names as I was in such a state! But from the First Lady I spoke to on the phone who gave us an appointment even though we weren’t registered there yet, to the lady who saw Lilly and looked after her. You were all so amazing and patient with us while we said our goodbyes. Amazing, friendly and compassionate! Highly recommend these guys & I’ll be in touch soon to register the rest of our furry family 🐾 Thankyou so much ❤️❤️
