My cat has been registered here for around 3 years now and we've never had any problems. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable and they are always ready to help, even when just popping in for a quick question. I recently sent an email querying about treats for my cat and the receptionist Leah rang me back within the same day, after going out of her way to discuss things with the vet and gather more information first. I thought this was very helpful and shows how much they care about their customers and the health and wellbeing of registered pets! Thank you Leah!

Amazing vets. We had a golden retriever from a puppy and sadly found out months later he was partially blind and was going to lose his eye sight eventually. Lawrence vets were just amazing with us the whole time.

UPDATE: Since my last review I have been back several times, each visit just as good as the last, they really run this place like a family business. All of the staff members are friendly, professional, and polite, they can't do enough for you, you are always made to feel welcome and their efficiency is fantastic. Elle Twigg is the vet I have seen both time for the dog, she really is lovely, she truly cares for all animals, takes the time to listen, review, and recommend the best course of action. Her knowledge is excellent, second only to her compassion for animals. The other vets have been equally caring when taking our cats in for treatment, checkups, and fixing anything they need at the time. A truly excellent veterinary service. ---- Excellent all round service with lovely staff If only human surgeries operated with the same levels of efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. I phoned up, got my dog booked in the same day, greeted with a smile, checked my dog in and sat down only to be getting up within a couple of minutes. The vet was equally friendly and efficient, diagnosed her problem and arranged for meds. Went back to the waiting area, a couple of minutes later her meds were ready and we left. Like I said "if only human surgeries ran this well" Would recommend to anyone.
