Everyone at the practice was so caring and considerate during a very stressful time. The ladies at reception offered us tea/coffee and had conversations with us to help pass the time waiting while our dog was having her x-ray. The vet was an angel and treated our dog with so much care and compassion, and made sure to discuss all options with us and make sure we were happy before going ahead with anything. So glad I chose this practice to look after our girl ❤️

Absolutely outstanding service went there Saturday as emergency. Out dashund had slipped a disc in her back. We seen Kinga she was amazing with maisy and got us referred to Bristol in minutes maisy has had a huge op and will be home with us tomo. Kings u and the nurses were brilliant. #not all heroes wear capes

I have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for an appointment. Welcoming, clean interior; kind, well-mannered staff, and friendly, knowledgeable veterinarians, who are happy to guide you in your pets treatment - without any surprises! I highly recommend Lakeside Veterinary Surgery.
