I'm registered under the rushden branch but when my pup decided he was going to have a little spat with his doggy pal my vets wasn't opened. I called this vets as they are linked to mine and they fitted me in within the hour, the vet we seen was very nice and checked my pup over and advised some treatment for me to do. I had no extra costs as my pet plan covered the appointment and he didn't need any treatments from them. Really can't fault anything. Thank you so much.

Always made very welcome by happy knowledgeable staff, the waiting area clean tidy and made useful by all the pet toys ,leads collars etc.to keep your pets happy. No problems there but the carpark and outside area could be made a little safer and colourful plus possibly a couple of seats for those with unhappy dogs.. Excellent staff with a massive knowledge and reasonable costs and charges more than makes up for it though...Just an observation not a criticism happy days.

This was my first visit and we were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Parking is great. Clean, bright reception area and everyone was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My dog is nervous at the vets, but even he appeared to be more comfortable and less stressed than when he's been to other practices. Would highly recommend.
