Rang this practice with an emergency. They are not my regular vet but fit me in and were really kind. Vet was thorough and patient and very lovely with my two little cats. They were treated well and are bouncing about today. Receptionist was kind and helpful from first phonecall to exiting the building. Can't comment yet on insurance process but the treatment me, Bramley and Pippin got was outstanding. So grateful.

I rushed my dog in with a bone stuck in her tooth thinking it was her throat and they were so kind

Our miniature Schnauzer was taken ill with IMHA on New years Day. I could not ask for any more for what they have done. We are now nearly off medication and looking at a full recovery. Absolutely Chuffed to bits.
