Normally go to another branch of this company so this visit was our first and we will be returning. Fantastic vet Barbara, nurses were fantastic too, very helpful and so good looking after our cat. Lovely surgery with special area for cats to keep them calm. Excellent

No problem with pet care or staff, but from 8.30am this morning was ringing fir a full 20 mins before been answered, only to be told thd Cottingham branch I closed on a Thursday, not according to your websites its open. Got appt at park st instead, please update your opening times.
