10/10 service. After being messed around by a previous vets who tried to simply get as much money out of us as possible, we tried here.. within minutes they found the cause and offered an option of solutions with great advice. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and they were very considerate to my reactive dog without being judgemental like our previous vets. Very easy to make an appointment online! Everyone is so kind at Island Vets Bloxwich. We have been taking our dog there for the last 8 years now and the service they give is always the best. Recently had to take Sunshine in for claws to be clipped and Aubrey did it for him he was so kind and helpful and as always the rest of the staff were too. I cannot thank you enough how you look after Sunshine as he is so frightened but I feel so confident when I have to leave him in your care. Thanks once again. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I was very impressed it was our first visit as we'd just moved to the area Daisy our dog is just over 11 and developed a limp on Sunday on one of her back legs I rang ivc and they got me an appointment for Monday morning receptionist very welcoming and understanding consultant excellent in his care my dog has arthritis and was given a bottle of medication I didn't feel they were too expensive either I have an appointment to go back next Monday my dog seems to be getter a bit better each day
