The team at the vets saw our poorly guinea pig really quickly last night. Unfortunately he had to be put down but the vets were so kind throughout the process. Thank you for giving my daughter a bottle with his fur clipping in. It made a difficult situation just that little bit easier

I have used local vets in my area, but Hillman in Brownhills is by far the best for me. I do have to travel, but the vet and staff are lovely and always make me feel welcome on arrival. They are just so kind and gentle with our pets, I always feel at ease going there. I would highly recommend this practice. You are all a credit to Hillman's.

Sadly my cat Niko passed away here after a medical emergency. The team were so gentle, kind and compassionate to Niko and myself. They made an impossibly difficult situation more manageable for myself. I would like to say thank you to Raul the vet and there was a vet nurse with shorter blue her. Thank you for your support that day with my precious angel Niko.

My dog was seen by the male vet yesterday, at first Bailey wasn't too sure of him but he is a lovely man. Very caring and explained everything to me. Bailey was soon friends with him. As always delighted with the excellent service from Hillmans 😊
