🌈💙🕊️HEARTFELT THANK YOU FROM US ALL & MILO 🕊️💙🌈 A truly big heartfelt thank you to Highcliff Veterinary Practice for the love, devotion & care you showed to our family today. We woke this morning to find our Labrador had collapsed, but today he lost his fight. We are truly so so heartbroken. We rescued Milo back in 2015, following someone dumping him on Facebook at 8 weeks old who failed to tell us he had ligament issues they saw him as a burden, it didn’t change a thing for us, as we were determined to give him a chance. Nine wonderful years he gave our family and memories which will be forever cherished. Phoebe thank you for waiting with my daughter whilst me and my husband held milo in our arms and kissed him until his very last breath. That was truly so kind of you and for the huge cuddle you gave me as I left, you have no idea how much that alone meant. It’s fair to say Milo wasn’t just a dog to us, he helped us through relatives committing suicide, or passing away in the most horrific of situations. Milo gave us so many memories and hope for the future. He was so lucky to have kind caring compassionate veterinary staff until the very end. When I look at the fee VS the time you dedicated to us today, allowing us almost 4 hours with our boy before we said goodbye will never be enough to say thank you! The tears have not stopped flowing tonight in our home but to know he was in safe hands was of great comfort to us. You are truly a credit serving the local communities. Great vets. Welcoming reception staff. Compassionate practitioners. My mum always has Tom for her dogs always because she knows he’s honest, compassionate and genuinely a nice person who loves animals. I don’t mine who I have because I know Tom is always busy. I had Charlie this time. He listened, done a thorough check and politely said my cats were on the chunky side. Instead of them being fat shamed and some vets telling me off. He was also compassionate and that means a lot to a customer knowing their animals are in safe hands

Had cause to use highcliff for emergency treatment for my dog ! The vets, receptionists and nurses all treated both of us with respect and kindness ! I was informed throughout of the costs of the treatment and next steps ! Thank you all for the care and treatment you showed us both x

The vets here were really good with my cat Sally. When I said I found a lump on her they had her in within 24hrs. The vet I saw was really thorough and compassionate. Very knowledgeable and handled her with great care. The staff at reception were so polite and friendly. Always helpful. I've also had rats which I used to take here and have always received a really good service. I would recommend.
