As usual, friendly yet professional team. Robin was extremely thorough and went out of his way to ensure that I got the medication needed as soon as possible. After a couple of disappointing experiences with local Vets I started using Harts many years ago - initially in Bicester (worth the 17 mile drive) and now Waddesdon. I would not use anyone else. Every confidence in them.
