We have been using Hart Vets for over 20 years. The care and service we have received over the years has always been excellent. I highly recommend taking out one of their health plans for your pet. For an affordable monthly fee, it covers annual vaccinations, a six month health check up, All flea and worming treatments are included too. Not only does it offer a saving compared to pay as you go, it also spreads the cost equally over 12 months. Our cat Luna (a Nebelung - see pictures) never gets stressed when visiting Hart Vets. The separate waiting areas for dogs and cats works really well at keeping the stress levels down for both pets and owners. I highly recommend this practice no matter what your pet is!

Each time I take my cat in, I have always had a warm welcome. The staff are very friendly and explains again in a friendly way if I have not understood the instructions from the vet. My cat is very well cared for on all his visits.

I can’t recommend Harts enough. I’ve used them for around 6 years, I moved away from Bicester and still use them. They’ve been absolutely amazing looking after my cat. She was very unwell and cared for her like she was their own pet. They made sure I understood the options with her care, helped me made decisions and allowed me to visit her out of hours when she’d be in a few days. All the staff are friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff here, always happy to help. Very accommodating for individual pet's needs and circumstances. Even has a quiet area for cats so they're not too stressed about being near other animals.
