What pet owners say
My cat Cosmo was sadly killed by a car. These people saw my boy in astonishing time, he got better treatment then I have by the nhs. I’m glad my boy spent his last couple hours with such inspiring and dedicated staff. Thank you grove lodge 🫶

The lady vet was really nice but running late. However, due to complications in our pets apt this pushed their lateness back even more. Everyone we dealt with were pleasant & caring. They also had our pets best interests at heart. I only wish the outcome for our pet was better.

Vet Mark and the reception team were absolutely fantastic yesterday when our dog Lottie developed an allergic reaction. Took a number of phone calls from us with concerns and each time provided brilliant advice and guidance, and ended up arranging an urgent appointment for Lottie to be seen. Mark was very professional and reassuring, even going the extra mile to give me a call before he left for the day to see how Lottie was doing. Thank you so much to you all!

Took our dog here after he got a grass seed lodged in his ear, the lady on reception (gutted I didn’t get her name) was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. And Jed the vet was so lovely, everyone there made the whole experience so much more relaxing - would recommend this vet (and the southwick branch we usually go to) to anyone!
