Such lovely, friendly staff. Very helpful and go the extra mile to answer any questions you have. The premises are nicely lit, laid out and clean. Good deals when you join the vet pet health club. Deal with claiming on your pet insurance for you. Great service. Parking at front of vet limited but more off street parking available. My doggy is always made to feel welcome, assured and put at ease.

Been with fair city vets for a few years, have always experienced great service from dealing with reception staff, nurses and vets. Young gentleman on reception always makes a fuss of our pets especially our rough collie puppy. I have not only had new pets there but also had to say goodbye to two of my precious dogs and was treated with so much kindness during and afterwards. Would highly recommend this vets practice

My little Rosie took unwell and we had a few trips to the vet , every time I was greeted with a friendly welcome and so was Rosie , Ross and Anna ( front desk) came and spoke to us and made sure we were ok and we would be seen shortly . The nurses that walked past would stop and give rosie attention even though she was unwell she loved it . Alyson the vet was amazing at the time your fur baby is ill you want someone to show them love and care as you do , and she did , she talked everything through with me always asked if I had questions and was very apologetic to Rosie at the time her temperature was taken . When I picked up Rosie later that day Ross was lovely asking me how I was being apart from her for few hours , which I didn’t realise how quiet it is without Rosie . I cannot put into words how friendly caring lovely everyone at Fair city vets are . You can see the love for the animals they treat and the care for the frantic pet owners they meet . From me and Rosie thank you xxxx
