I can not recommend them highly enough. From my initial call to the practice, the receptionist (I wish I took her name) was fantastic! Very reassuring, incredibly helpful with empathy to my concerns. Paula treated my cat and she was absolutely fantastic. My cat is very nervous yet she was made to feel at ease by Paula, reassuring her constantly. What could have been a traumatic experience turned out to be fantastic. I am extremely grateful to Paula and the team for looking after my cat. Superb vets. Thank you very very much Additional Review I recently had to bring my male cat in for issues with his mouth, we saw Charlotte who was great, she explained everything thoroughly, procedure, costs etc. she also did his procedure of 2 extractions and a clean. We saw Beth after his surgery and she was great, friendly, very thorough in explaining everything to me. They’re a great team at Emscote, reception staff are always warm and friendly and you’ll get exceptional care. Thank you for looking after my boy

Lovly friendly staff took a stray cat in and they saw him straight away sadly we had to have him put to sleep emma was brilliant with him he wasn't to happy but she was so patient with him when I brought him home we had a lovly card and his paw print which was so special also his ashes came back in a beautiful box he only went there twice but thank you to all of the wonderful vets who took care,of him he will be sadly missed

Brought in my puppy (first dog I’ve owned as an adult) and everyone was super friendly and happy to answer all the questions I had! They were really gentle with my pup and made her feel comfortable (even when getting injections)! Would recommend.
