Booked an appointment for my dog who was not herself. From what I described the vet thought it was a pyometra and reception called me to see if I could come in sooner which I did. I was seen immediately and the vet confirmed it was a pyometra. She had emergency surgery that afternoon, the vet called to say she was out of surgery and in recovery. I picked her up that evening and let her sleep it off. The next day she saw a nurse for a checkup check up, all healing well. The nurse asked to see her again in 3 days. As she was recovering very quickly I called the surgery to see if a visit was necessary. I was asked to send some images of the wound and the nurse would review. The nurse called me that afternoon and we discussed her recovery and I felt she was recovering well so wouldn't bring her back. However the nurse did say if I had any issues to call them. The service received from everyone at this practice was phenomenal for my dog and me. I can not thank you all enough for caring so much. Thoroughly recommend this practice to everyone, thank you 🥰

My tortoise was attacked by a dog and needed emergency surgery. The staff were amazing and so kind. They gave her pain relief and found a surgeon for me in under an hour.

I’ve been with these for all of my pets for over 5 years and they have always been great. Recently I had to have my poorly 12 week old kitten put to sleep and they were all so amazing and thoughtful. Just wanted them to know how amazing they all are and to thank them from the bottom of my heart x

Been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The girls on reception are brilliant. We always have a laugh, they give the best advice and they are all welcome to come round for a drink anytime although I suspect it is our puppy Sid they would be coming to see. The vets and nurses are always professional and caring and very generous with the treats. But being serious they have been there at our saddest moments and some of our happiest and Sid says he wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks guys we love you all.
