What pet owners say
Came here with my dog who was struggling with her balance and walking. Our Dog was extremely anxious and the vet came outside to introduce herself to try make the dog feel more comfortable, which worked. Unfortunately didn't get the vets name. But she was really good with our dog and friendly. She was upfront about the costs and diagnosed her with a few tests. Turned out to be vertigo attack. Everything she said seemed to have been correct. Our dog is slowly on the mend. Very happy with service.

Thank you so much to Ruth the vet at Prestbury veterinary. She was fantastic with my pug Buzz, who had a eye ulcer. Would definitely recommend Ruth for animals with eye issues.

I am so so thankful for the amount of kindness, care and support we received when our dog became suddenly very ill on Thursday night. After contacting different vets in our area with zero help and wrong information....we ended up here, and so thankful that we did! The receptionist was lovely, very kind and welcoming! And also very caring and helpful :) I believe her name was fran :) When it came to taking our dog into the room, I was a little bit nervous at this point due to the lack of respect and care we had received from other vets before arriving here, however we were made to feel instantly welcome and comfortable, which we really needed with the heartbreak we were going through. The lady (I think her name was Amy? but I could be wrong) was so so supportive from the second we walked in, talked us through everything that was about to happen step by step, and unlike other places we had been to....put our pets needs first and helped him before the money situation (and was very apologetic when she had to mention the costs etc bless her!) She also put our mind at ease explaining that what happened was a very sudden thing that couldn't be helped and wasn't anything we had done wrong 🧡 I will be forever grateful for the love and kindness she gave my sweet boy in his time of need, and for being so kind to us. Thank you so much, you made a very traumatic situation much easier for us ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you all xx

No problem with the staff they were amazing, especially the emergency vet. But the company charging me £462 for the emergency vet plus tablets was beyond comprehension. Its definetly a cost of living crisis ☠️

Dragon Vets is the best surgery I have been to. I just wished I had come here when I first had my cat. When I first went here, I was really impressed by the way the whole practice was run. Right from the receptionists to the managers. It's important for me to find the right vets for my cat. Everything they do for her helps. At the reception desk the staff are warm and friendly. That is important to me. They have some really good vets as well, which really are professional, kind and very knowledgeable. They talk to you every step of the way, explaining about treatments, care, everything. Even when my Molly gets her claws out and turns into a Tiger? They deal with it in a professional manner. My cat is an old girl now. with the treatments she is having now She has a painless happy life? I think you feel when you have an older animal. It's hard to find a practice That looks after the owner, with their pet. I highly recommend Dragon Vets...
