What pet owners say
The vets are very good and always friendly. They always know how to help your pet and are very understanding. I have attended this branch a few times for same-day appointments when my usual Hilsea branch was too busy. The only reason I give 4 stars is the waiting room. Unlike the waiting room in Hilsea, Emsworth has a small waiting room with no separate area for cats. This is especially troublesome for anxious cats, as there are a lot of dogs in the waiting area. At times, it gets very loud, and some dogs try to get to the cats. 🙄

Lovely vets. Always friendly and attentive for our dog Lucas who sadly passed away a few weeks ago, who finally succumbed to lymphoma following his remarkable 4-year remission with the cancer. We will always be grateful for their kindness from when he first met them to his final moments where we held his paw as he slipped away. Thank you for all you did for him

I'm on benefits, but would rather be in debt to Downlands (Emsworth) ànd have lovely calm, caring vets treat him than PDSA label him as an aggressive dog, purely because he's an American Bulldog. The staff are fantastic at Downlands. Thank you guys from myself and Otis. ❤️
