To all the staff (especially the 3 nurses) who went above and beyond to to carry Bella over a mile after she had got knocked over near the clinic, All were very helpful and a big thanks to Andrew who done the operation on her elbow, recovery is going well, she'll probably always have a limp but I guess only time will tell.....thank you all Martyn & Bella

Excellent service. I've read some other reviews that are concerned about the takeover of the business. I just can't agree with them. Excellent service, very caring, understanding and take time to explain the processes in spaying Dusty. Some have mentioned costs but I could not find a cheaper service for this and, in addition, a caring staff, happy to explain the procedures and follow-up care. I drove 12 miles to this vet and was not disappointed. Cannot fault them in any way. Thoroughly recommend.

An amazing vets we've used for years. We recently had to put our little doggy down and they were so supportive. They even took a print of my dogs paws in a beautiful card, plus made a clay imprint (which I bought online) after us asking. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend.

Joanne has been wonderful with our first 2 visits with our staffie. She is generally very nervous but Joanne was so welcoming and calm and she loved her! She understood that our dogs manner is due to being fearful and she was so lovely with her. We have requested to continue seeing Joanne when Skyla comes in! Thank you Joanne, you’re a superstar🌟

We visited the vets at deepdale with our elderly dog . The appointment made over the phone was quick and easy to make and we were seen at the surgery within half an hour of calling them . Once the diagnosis was made we were offered several options of treatment ,we chose what was needed and within our affordability. The vet was thorough in her examination and appeared very knowledgeable when describing the problem . We came away feeling confident and able to manage our dogs problems with the support of the vets .
