What pet owners say
We are on holiday in the area and our dog has a sore weepy eye. We were seen within the hour (on a Saturday!). Receptionist were friendly and helpful and phoned our usual vet for info. The vet was lovely and explained everything really well. Adele, our dog, would like us to add that the vet gives great treats and they sell really good toys!

We have only been going to Cibyn vets for a few months and I am really pleased with the consultations and treatment. Issues have been picked up that have not been fully addressed at the previous vets. It’s helpful to be able to book online with the same vet to get consistency. Would recommend!

A vet named Beth was amazing. I found some orphaned mice in my garage and she went out of her way to take care of them. She genuinely cares about animals. I wish all vets cared about animals as she does. I had previously spoke to a different clinic who advised me to throw them outside and let nature take it's course. Not the attitude of someone who is supposed to love animals. Why be a vet if you don't love animals, regardless of what species they are. Thank you to all the staff at cybin. You are wonderful.

I have a nervous dog which makes treatment hard at the vets. Beth was amazing, she was professional but so wonderfully confident and gentle with my lad. All the staff have been wonderful there, clinical and on the front desk. However we do need more Beth Herbert's in the world! Thank you Beth, you made the world of difference x

We had booked a holiday for our boy whisky who dying from lymphoma. We wanted to make some last memories. We arrived Friday to the area and Saturday morning after a final run on the beach he went down hill very quickly. After a call to cribyn vets, we took him in and the whole staff were very compassionate and understanding. The vet took us into a nice space and gave us our options to which we decided euthanasia was our best and only way to proceed. The vet explained everything clearly and was very compassionate and understanding. Not forcing anything on us and allowing some of our family who had travelled up to come in and say goodbye. They dealt with the cremation and we arranged for his ashes to be picked up by a local family member. We received a condolence card which was an added extra bit of after care which we really appreciated. Thank you to the whole team you all made a very hard day a lot easier for us.
