The quality of service at Cheshire Pet is outstanding! We brought in a very poorly ferret with diabetes (extremely rare for a ferret) and the whole team worked so hard to stabilise him and to work out how to make him better. We were kept updated with his condition and we felt we were able to discuss and ask questions to try to work out what could be wrong. Despite best efforts after 4 days, he sadly started to reject treatment and there was nothing more we could do for him. The difficult decision was made to end his suffering. Cheshire Pet has a quiet room where we were able to go and spend some final moments with our boy in a room that felt comfortable and not clinical at all. It was in this room that he passed and we were able to spend some time with him before taking him home. There were tissues available along with advice on losing a pet and where to take him for burial/cremation etc. We felt the whole team at Cheshire Pet cared about our boy as much as we did and were giving him every chance possible. I cannot thank the following people enough; Cristian, Emily, Amy, Rory, Vicky and all the other vet nurses that looked after our baby and spent time giving him cuddles as well as treatment. The receptionist staff were also fantastic offering kindness and support! Special thanks to Julie for sharing in a moment of tears and understanding of how difficult it is to lose our fur babies. Honestly the best and most caring veterinary practise I've ever been to.

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the outstanding help I received today regarding my common musk turtle. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with him. I truly appreciate all your support and expertise. A big thank you to everyone involved—your kindness made a real difference! Look forward to also receiving the photos 🤭

We unfortunately lost one of our Guinea Pigs and the staff were extremely supportive, compassionate and caring. I cannot recommend this vets enough. Everyone from the Receptionists to the Vets give it their 100% everyday and have your pets best interests at heart. We will be life long clients at Cheshire Pet's! On behalf of Willow, Holly and Rose - Thankyou for taking such amazing care!

Really pleased! We haven't attended the clinic in a little over a year but recently brought our newly adopted degus in after one had broken her foot. We were late for our appointment but Cristian was happy to see her and despite being due to finish his shift at 6, he stayed over in order to perform a minor procedure under sedation to try and stabilise the leg and aid healing. We attended again yesterday for a progress review. We had one of the other degus checked over as well and despite not requiring any urgent treatment, Christian still preauthorised some medication for her in the event that her gunky eye degressed over the weekend - to avoid us having to return and unnecessarily stress them out again. Despite not attending the clinic in over a year, Julie also remembered my constant requests for medical histories following visits and sent these to me before I even asked... Which just shows what a pain in the butt I am, but I appreciate it, thank you!!
