After being a very regular visitor for 7 years with a different veterinary surgery who chopped and changed their ideas on what was needed, I left Carterton Veterinary Clinic feeling confident that we will have a straightforward approach and hopefully a solution to making my fur baby more comfortable, healthier and happier. Very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and if I’ve had an emergency they have always seen me. A very hard working practise with the love of animals.

All the staff are lovely and super caring about pets here. Great advice and absolutely great service. Helps my cat feel a bit calmer and she's not the best fan of strange places.
