My dog escaped from my mother-in-law, who was watching her, & my dog ended up at the top of the Humphrey. Luckily someone was able to catch her & call us. When we picked her up she was bleeding and limping so we called Boyce & Houston to get her in & examined. The staff --from receptionist to the vet-- were wonderful! They were able to squeeze her in for an exam & patch her up. Wonderful service, wonderful staff ♡

Put all my trust in them and didn’t regret it. Fantastic service, empathetic, understanding and totally amazing with animals. My wee cat cannot be handled but she had her upside down in her back, in her ears without as much as a meow. Midas touch.
