Always excellent service. All the vets we’ve seen have been thorough and kind with my cats who do not like going to the vets. I have three cats and two guinea pigs The pet health club offers a great service but some other vets charge less for the same thing and offer multi pet discounts. I pay more for the pet club each month than I do for my pet insurance. It’s probably still worth it to make sure your animals are up to date with all the treatments.

Last Saturday morning, we called as our cat had some difficulty breathing and she was able to be seen promptly the same day. Unfortunately we found out it was very serious and we were explained our options for her, as well as the risks to keep our expectations realistic. We decided to try save her and they were able to perform an operation quickly. She was then transferred to an out of hours practice to be monitored. Sadly, that night we had to say goodbye to our little furball. Myself and my husband are very grateful for all the effort Avon Lodge and Vets Now put into saving our cat and for also being so compassionate when it was bad news. Thanks so much.

I have been using Avon Lodge vets for over 30 years. The receptionist’s always make you feel welcome and try to get you to be seen soon as possible. The vets are very helpful and talk you thro what you need to hear. My beautiful dog had surgery on her knees (TPLO) and I needed to take her back 4 times in one week. The vets were brill with her 😊
