I’m very happy with the service, from phoning up for an emergency appointment - getting an appointment within the hour - to the knowledge and care from Brian the vet and all the staff. Ark have been amazing with my Budgie Nemo, he's had quite a few medical issues to deal with, and they have always come to the rescue. I'm 100 percent certain that without the right treatment and their expertise, he wouldn't be alive today. After a recent visit, I can say Nemo is back to his best and chirping happily! I'd recommend Ark for all bird care.

Excellent service after an emergency with one of our rats who unfortunately had part of his tail degloved. The consultation was thorough and they explained exactly what would happen in the operation. He's come back absolutely fine. We were have had a follow-up appointment and another booked soon. The many medications were explained to us and what they do. The vet also did his best to reduce cost as much as possible for us which we really appreciate. Would recommend them to anyone although I hope I don't have to come back!
