I have used alphapet for about 20 years now and have always been happy with the service. I took on their pet plan a few years ago and that is very good helping me spread payments for all my cats basic treatments. There is a mixture of vets at the practice and you will find your favourites if you have to visit regularly. But otherwise they are all efficient. The reception staff and nurses are always friendly, welcoming and very busy! My local practice is in Bognor and I have deducted half a ⭐ just because the premises is a bit of a shambles. After remodeling they had some disasters and are still trying to get the space back into working order. They have made the best of it so I'm not complaining and am glad I don't have to travel over to Chichester with my cats. But I'm sure everyone will be glad when it's all back looking spick and span! I originally joined the practice when I lived nearer Chichester and I joined because of their homeopathic practice. I can't say I've had much calls for it over the past 10 years, but it's a shame that doesn't seem to be the focus of their business anymore. Great team, clean premises, usually fast and efficient. Prices are clear if you ask in advance.
