We took Luna to the vets this morning for a check up after being on medication for a ear infection. Luna has suffered with her ears since she was 1 years old, she’s now almost 3. After being prescribed endless amounts of ear drops, antibiotics and antihistamines, the vet that we seen again today had strongly advised us to have her sedated to thoroughly check her ears, clean them out and to find out if there’s any internal damage from how bad they’ve been. We knew that this was the next option as we both just felt useless and guilty at this point that we couldn’t do anything for our girl. So with that, we had Luna sedated and there are no words to describe how incredible the vet was this morning, we didn’t catch her name, I believe she’s relatively new there as this was the second time we had seen her since last week. She truly went above and beyond for us to reassure us that Luna was going to be taken great care of in to which she was. The receptionists, vets, assistants, they really are absolutely incredible people, thank you so much for taking great care of our Luna, a very fast process. We weren’t expecting her to be sedated this morning but truly are massively grateful you guys could do it. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts. Hopefully no more irritation for our girl and she can be her happy, bubbly and crazy self again🤍 Cheers all, Robert and Natasha and Luna x
